These terms set out the basis on which you may use this website. They are deliberately plain: the site is published for information, the restricted area is confidential, and any commercial relationship between us is governed by a separate signed agreement.

These terms govern your use of the website at oudorigin.io. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They do not govern any pilot, licence, procurement or services agreement we may enter into with you. Those are dealt with in a separate signed contract, and where that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails.
02What this site is
This site describes a provenance system for agarwood. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a commitment to supply.
Descriptions of functionality reflect the system as designed and, where stated, as piloted. Features described as planned, scheduled or on the roadmap are not yet delivered.
03No legal, regulatory or professional advice
References to trade conventions, import regulations, ISO standards or any other framework are provided for general orientation and are simplified. They are not legal or regulatory advice, and they are not a determination that any particular consignment, product or business is compliant.
Regulatory scope and classification change. Before relying on any statement here for a commercial or compliance decision, take your own advice and check the current instrument.

Figures on this site are drawn from published sources, which are cited alongside them. We take reasonable care, but we do not warrant that the site is accurate, complete or current, and we may change its content at any time without notice.
Any demonstration data shown on this site is illustrative. It is not a record of any real tree, consignment or transaction.

All content on this site — including text, diagrams, interface designs, photographs, the point-cloud rendering, source code and the OudOrigin name and mark — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights.
You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt, republish or exploit its content commercially, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
Third-party names and standards referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a standard indicates the framework we design against; it does not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or certification by the body concerned unless we expressly say so.

Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, do not introduce malicious code, and do not scrape or overload it.
